  • Standard: 50 euros shipping rate*

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery period is from 1 to 2 working days to all orders made from Monday to Friday by 13:00h.

 

Note that in order to count the delivery shipping days, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays (national and local) have no effect.

THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

The delivery period is from 3 to 5 working days to all orders made from Monday to Friday by 13:00h.

* PRODUCT WITH SPECIAL SHIPPING 

Some of our products could have a special delivery schedule. Generally, this is indicated in the product description and this is the delivery time for the product, not the general one. Anyway, in case all or some of the ordered items have a special delivery timetable this will be notified to the customer by email after the automatic email with the confirmation of the order.

 

** OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

The availability information of our products is estimated, but any case requires a legal commitment with the client in relation to the delivery period.

 

In case there is any availability for the product, the delivery period has an effect since the arrival of the product to our storage and the delivery dispatch.

In case of non-availability of the requested product, We would proceed to return the money using the same the payment method of the order.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay your orders by Credit or Debit Card or Paypal.

If you prefer, you can pay from the Paypal platform. This requires an account and cash flow.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have fifteen working days from the date of delivery to exchange part or all of your order. 

The cost of exchange or return is 10.00 euros. In the case of returns, this amount will be deducted from the refund. In the case that the refund amount is less than 10.00 Euros, the customer will be required to pay the difference. Equally, in the case that an exchange or return is rejected for not meeting the relevant requirements, the customer will be required to pay the transportation costs involved in returning and re-sending. 

To make an exchange or refund, the customer is required to send an email to  info@kidolphin.com providing full name, order number, and which products are to be exchanged or returned. In the case of exchange please also indicate the size or product you would like to receive in exchange. These steps must be taken when seeking a return on exchange. 

IMPORTANT! We will not accept or process any exchange or return without previously having received an email with the above information. 

Requirements for making and exchange:

  • You can request an exchange in a period of fifteen working days from receipt of your goods.

  • The item must be in it original packaging and in perfect condition. 

  • The costs involved in the exchange must be paid by the customer unless there was an error in the order or one of the products on the part of KIDOLPHIN. 

  • The customer must send an email to info@kidolphin.com indicating full name, order number, the products you wish to exchange and the new size or product you wish to receive, and we will advise you of the steps you must follow to effect the exchange. 

  • The product must in all cases be of a value equal to or higher than the original purchase. In the case that it is higher, we will advise you how to remit the difference. 

  • In the case that the new product you wish to receive is not available,  KIDOLPHIN will advise the customer of this and manage the refund, so long as it meets the requirements for a return.

  • Packages sent for exchange must be delivered to the address indicated in the emailed instructions for the exchange. KIDOLPHIN accepts no responsibility for items sent or delivered to addresses other than those indicated to the client when arranging the exchange. 

  • To ensure that goods remain in good condition during transit, and do not become damaged, customers must ensure adequate packing. Original (not similar) packaging must be used, intact and well protected, in perfect condition and without adhesive labels or adhesive tape stuck to it.

Requirements for effecting a return:

  • You can ask to make a partial or total return of a purchase within a period of fifteen working days of receipt of the delivery. 

  • The item must be in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. 

  • Costs of the return will be borne by the customer, except if there has been an error in the shipping or the product on the part of KIDOLPHIN. 

  • The customer must send an email to info@kidolphin.com providing full name, order number and details of the products to be returned. We will then advise the steps to be taken in order to effect the return. 

  • A refund will be made within 15 natural days of our receiving and checking the condition of the product. 

  • Packages returned must be delivered to the address indicated in the emailed instructions for return. KIDOLPHIN accepts no responsibility for returns sent to or delivered to addresses other than those indicated to the client when arranging the return.
